• If you would like to purchase multiple items, please contact us prior to purchase so we can provide an accurate shipping cost based on your location.

• International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely, so please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

• For items marked as “Made to Order,” the shipping cost may vary depending on the item's weight and dimensions. We kindly request that international customers contact us before purchasing to ensure we can provide an accurate shipping cost.

• Processing Time. Orders typically take 8-10 business days to process before they are dispatched. For "Made to Order" items, processing times may be longer, as each piece is handcrafted to meet your specifications.

• Due to the nature of hand forging, the texture and finish of individual pieces may vary slightly. This does not impact the strength or quality of the item in any way and is a natural result of the artisanal forging process.

• As natural iron and steel contain trace amounts of moisture even when varnished, slight darkening or the appearance of a mild brownish tone may develop over time. This natural patina can be more noticeable following air shipment. Such colour changes are characteristic of traditionally forged steel and are not considered defects, as they do not affect the item's durability or quality.

• Indoor Use Recommended These items are intended primarily for indoor use. They should not be exposed to prolonged moisture or soaked in liquid, so we do not advise placing them near sinks, bathtubs, or any damp areas.

• Care Instructions To preserve the appearance of your forged item, we recommend gently wiping it with a dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the varnish and speed up natural patina development.

We strive to ensure the highest quality of each item that leaves our forge and want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Since all our products are handmade to order, please take a moment to review our returns and cancellations policy.

• Returns You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is returned in perfect condition, without any signs of use. Return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the order.

• Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items If you discover that your item is damaged or incorrectly supplied upon receipt, we will send you a replacement or the missing parts at our expense. In such cases, please contact us promptly and provide a photo as proof to help us resolve the issue quickly.

• Order Cancellations Cancellations are permitted if the item has not yet been produced or dispatched. As each piece is handmade specifically for you, cancellations after production has begun are non-refundable.

• Custom Orders Returns of custom-made or personalised items are only accepted in cases of damage or incorrect supply. These items have unique features, making them difficult to resell.

• Lost Parcels

In the event that a parcel is lost during shipping, we will either issue a full refund for the order or send a replacement item at our expense, depending on the buyer's preference.
